REPLACEMENT OF GLASS IN PLASTIC (PVC):

REPLACEMENT OF GLASS IN WOOD:
As well as replacing a double-glazed window in a plastic window, so in a tree, it requires a lot of subtleties. It is not much more complicated here than in plastic, and therefore not every specialist who installs a double-glazed window in a plastic window will install it in a tree! In addition to the geometry described above, the removal and installation of the glazing bead in wooden windows is much more difficult, since it is attached to nails, which are usually hidden under a silicone seal, plus, of course, this is sealing with silicone along the contour, both outside and from within. REPLACEMENT OF GLASS IN ALUMINUM (AL), INCLUDING FACADE ALUMINUM, HIGH-RISE WORKS:
Replacing broken glass in aluminum is as difficult as in other profiles, but here I would like to pay special attention to facade aluminum. First of all, you should know that the installation of double-glazed windows in facade aluminum takes place from the outside and here you need to pay attention to the height at which the double-glazed window stands in relation to the ground. If a double-glazed window is higher than two meters, then various devices are used here: turrets, scaffolding, respectively, due to the complexity of installation, the price rises. But it also happens that a double-glazed window is even higher, say, at the height of the 8th floor, in such cases climbers-installers are involved. We kindly ask you not to trust the work of people far from this! It's life-threatening!
Double-glazed windows:
We offer 2 types of double glazing:
single-chamber (two glasses);
two-chamber (three glasses).
Double-glazed windows are filled with an inert gas - argon, which increases thermal insulation from the street - cold glass, inside - warm.
There are several options that increase the energy-saving and soundproofing properties of double glazing. Double-glazed windows can be completed with different glasses. Firstly, glass can be of different thicknesses (3 or 4 mm) - the thicker the glass, the lower the thermal conductivity. A fairly common option with the so-called "energy-saving" glass. Such properties are imparted to glass by applying an optical coating with a low level of radiation to its surface. Thus, the glass itself was called low-emission glass. It is the emissivity of the surface (E) that determines the radiant power (for ordinary glass, E is 0.83) and therefore the ability to "reflect" thermal radiation back into the room. Therefore, the lower the emission factor, the lower the heat loss. Besides, glass with an optical coating and an emissivity of E = 0.004 reflects back into the room more than 90% of the heat energy radiated through the window. Today we offer the buyer "solid" K-glasses, which are obtained by coating the surface with oxides based on indium - tin, which are applied to the surface by a pyrolytic method. This coating reduces radiation losses by about 7-8 times compared to pure glass.
HOW TO CHOOSE GLASS PACKAGE?
To reduce heat loss:
An important factor in ensuring low thermal conductivity is the use of a Termix glass frame spacer . Compared to conventional aluminum or zinc gaskets, it has a lower thermal conductivity, which provides better thermal insulation and reduces the chance of fogging. The distance frame is designed to create a layer (chamber) of air thermal insulation in thickness. Inside it is an absorbent (molecular sieve) to absorb water molecules from the air in a glass package.
To improve sound insulation (reduce low-frequency street noise), it is recommended:
installation of internal glass in a double-glazed window not 4, but 6 mm;
installation of glass of different thicknesses to avoid the resonant effect of glass in a double-glazed window;
installation of triplex glass as part of a double-glazed window.
In order to improve the thermal insulation characteristics for better thermal protection of a double-glazed window, it is recommended:

installation of triplex glass (two glasses glued together with a layer of polymeric material) - in case of glass breakage, it remains in the column and does not break up into fragments;
installation of tempered glass (glass is subjected to special chemical and heat treatment, 5 times the strength of ordinary glass).
